Effect and Presentation
Three spectators freely select 3 cards. They are asked to remember them. The cards can be retained or shuffled back into the deck. The magician now attempts to find the selected cards. However, the cards can not be found or named by the magician, therefore failing to complete/perform this card trick.
Luckily, the magician has an insurance policy for just such an eventuality. It is explained that this policy will refund your ticket money or pay my fees, if I can't locate your selected cards. The spectators are read out some of the terms and conditions of the policy. As the last line is read, the policy is opened and discloses one of the 3 selected cards (jumbo size). Opening the policy one more fold, a second card is shown disclosed (super jumbo size). The last open fold reveals the last selected card in full color (super giant size 16 3/4" x 20").
Can be done with one or two selected cards by a slight change in your patter.
