Autolauncher Operating Instructions

Although all projectile systems are potentially dangerous, all S.E.I. launcher products are considered to be the safest high-pressure projectile system in their class. We stress the importance of carefully reading and memorizing the following instructions and warnings in order to safely, consistently and successfully demonstrate this product.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW ALL SAFETY RULES & WARNINGS LISTED HERE AND OTHER BASIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY TO YOU AND/OR TO SPECTATORS OF THIS EFFECT.

1.      Make sure the launcher tube is empty before loading. Any foreign objects in the launcher tube are potentially dangerous.

2.      Load streamers and or confetti into the tube. You can read more about loading our launcher tubes here.

3.      Mount the black Autolauncher base to any desired location using screws, bolts or a c-clamp to assure that it is safely and securely fixed in position.

4.      Attach the launcher tube onto the Autolauncher via the quick-connect connection.

5.      Pull the chain firmly forward placing the lever in the down and closed position.

6.      Firmly screw the Co2 cylinder into the threaded insert. Do not over tighten nor use tools. Use only threaded 16 gram Co2 cylinders supplied by A Class Act. Any other cylinders may damage the unit and/or cause it to misfire.

7.      Be sure to use a MOMENTARY 110V button/power source to activate the Autolauncher. Activate the system by using a momentary impulse only.  Apply a momentary impulse provided from a reliable 110 volt A.C. current, 5 amps minimum. You may connect multiple Autolaunchers in parallel (daisy chain) if you want them to launch at the same time OR use a DMX box. Mare sure the proper amps will be provided to each Atuolauncher. If you have multiple Autolaunchers and want them to fire separately, you can use the same power source but will need a separate momentary switch and wire to each unit. WARNING: Subjecting the Atuolauncher to continuous electrical current will cause the solenoid to burn out.
